• Performs general construction work under the direction of Foreman/Supervisor
• Flagging traffic, setup safety perimeter using signage, cones, and safety barriers
• Performs daily walkarounds and alerts mechanics of any defects.
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery

· Loading and unloading materials and equipment.

· Operate basic power tools including drills to install PV equipment.

· Install PVC conduits underground and above per direction of Foremen.

· Assist in pulling cable through conduits and trenches.

· Accurately read a tape measure.

· General cleanup and clearing of debris

·Check torque marks on a solar panel by inspecting the bolts and nuts

·Solar panel install

· Report all accidents and near misses to supervisor;

· Use appropriate hand tools to install modules

· Lift, carry materials, tools, and supplies to work area.

· Report all accidents and near misses to supervisor;

· Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment

·Use appropriate hand tools and power tools to install (PV) systems

· Lay-out, assemble and install solar modules as specified

· Lift, carry and hold building materials, tools, and supplies.

· Report all accidents and near misses to supervisor.
