Guiding hunting trips for a commercial hunting outfitter. Hunts are for whitetail deer, axis deer, turkey, pronghorn antelope, varmints, and various free ranging and high fenced exotics.

- field judging game animals to determine if acceptable to harvest ( age, sex, and score when applicable)

- proper handling of clients trophy's (field dressing, skinning, quartering, deboning meat, and caping for taxidermy)

In training to be a manager for a large scale poultry laying hen operation with 2.7 million laying hens and 63 employees under my care.
my responsibilities included
- Hiring, training, disciplinary, and firing of employees
- Giving weekly production reports on eggs produced conference calls
-Overseeing projects
-Scheduling employees
-Ensuring safety of employees
- Conflicts and resolutions between myself, employees, and other managers
-Operating equipment
- Ensure compliance with USDA
-Ensure compliance with OSHA
-Monitoring flock health
- Monitoring feed consumption and ordering feed
-Scheduling placement and depopulation of hens

This was a large scale poultry broiler and beef operation. My reasonabilitys included
-walking chicken houses daily, picking up daily mortality, adjusting feeders and drinkers, and monitoring flock health
-prepping houses for new flocks
-placing chicks
-prepping flocks and houses for catch
-checking cattle(stocker calves and cow calf pairs)
-working and doctoring cattle
- keeping up with outside maintenance of chicken houses( weed eating, and mowing)
-assisted in farm equipment maintenance

Interned as a manager in training rotating through very production phase of the farm including laying houses, pullet houses, and processing plant.

- Entering egg counts daily for weekly reports

I ran a livestock business where I bought and sold various types of livestock including chickens, goats, cattle, sheep, alpacas, horses, turkeys, and donkeys. I also ran a herd of cows varying anywhere from 15-30 head at a time. I was responsible for feeding animals, herd health, administering medicine, accounting money, customer satisfaction/ relationships, hauling livestock, building fence/working pens, buying and selling of livestock, and trimming feet.

This was an all-around hand position, on a row crop and hay production farm
