• Performs regularly scheduled non-classroom supervision duties,
• supervising students in the cafeteria, indoor assembly areas, outdoor eating areas, halls and restrooms, and in other areas to which assigned.
• Enforces activity and safety rules in school buildings and on school property.
• Reports problems of a serious nature, including recurring behavioral problems and safety hazards to the Principal, or another designated certificated employee.
• Works with the school staff in alleviating behavioral problems occurring during supervision periods

• Plan and implement engaging and enriching activities for club participants.

•Develop and implement program activities according to program goals and monthly themes.

•Recruit and maintain program participants from school community (20:1 student to staff ratio).

•Ensure students are in a safe environment (physical and emotional) at all times.

•Develop positive relationships with youth in their program, parents, and school staff.

•Maintain and submit daily student attendance rosters.

•Submit lesson plans of program activities for each session in advance.

•Develop and implement “end of session “performances or displays.

•WR activity catalog that supports the social and emotional growth of students.

•Participate in staff development training as required, approximately 20 hours / year.

• Interacting with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, handling money transactions, serving, and having the ability to multitask

• Plan chapel services on designated days, as assigned by Campus Pastor.
• Encourage fellow students on a day-to-day basis.
• Lead devotional studies as assigned by Campus Pastor.
• Outreach to fellow students by reaching out by listening and praying for fellow students.

• Follows all sanitation guidelines as prescribed by the health department.

• Deliver KFC of Polly’s Brand service by acting with a “People Always First” attitude and connecting with the guests. Discovers and responds to guest needs.
• Support management to execute store operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow KFC of Polly’s operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security to ensure safety of team members during each scheduled shift.
• Uphold and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to ensure proper cash management practices are being followed by all levels of team members. Responsibilities include: Verifying safe at start and end of shift, making change, balancing cashier drawers, and handling bank deposits until official shift change occurs.
• Serves to help oversee maintenance of food inventory, supply levels, ordering and receiving as needed.
• Provide quality products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and store.
• Utilize existing organizational tools in collaboration with managers to find new, creative, and effective methods of team member recognition.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local regulations and laws.
