  • Raised $1,250,000 to subsidize a portion of the continuing cost of a full-time rector and to replace fully the endowment funds lost
  • Revitalized an emotionally toxic vestry utilizing Family Systems Theory principles
  • Encouraged the vestry to incorporate fully younger, more diverse, and newer members into its body
  • Led the vestry in the establishment of parish bylaws
  • Led the vestry towards greater accountability and transparency by encouraging them to adopt a Vestry Covenant pledging time, talent, and treasure as well as regular church attendance
