Guided a financially and spiritually declining parish onto a path to health
Led the parish through the fallout arising from the loss of 80 percent of its endowment principal due to risky investment ventures advocated by the former rector and vestry
Raised $1,250,000 to subsidize a portion of the continuing cost of a full-time rector and to replace fully the endowment funds lost
Revitalized an emotionally toxic vestry utilizing Family Systems Theory principles
Encouraged the vestry to incorporate fully younger, more diverse, and newer members into its body
Led the vestry in the establishment of parish bylaws
Led the vestry towards greater accountability and transparency by encouraging them to adopt a Vestry Covenant pledging time, talent, and treasure as well as regular church attendance

Launched a girls’ acolyte program to assists the ministers each Sunday
Implemented online giving, newcomers’ fellowship, and welcome groups
