Used CMMS Maximo and worked closely with the Maintenance Manager and Sr. Operations Manager (Ops) to prepare the monthly / weekly internal maintenance schedule, including all preventive maintenance, CM, TC and Repair Work Orders. Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, assign work to the appropriate EGS internal technicians to meet all JPL TDD time-line requirements. Order and or queue all critical materials needed for critical TC and Repair orders that are assigned to internal technicians. Run CMMS reports on all internal labor and work orders to ensure that the contract priorities and requirements are met. Coordinate, and communicate with area users / JPL customers on work orders or potential impacts to work areas / buildings. Support the Operations Manager and Maintenance manager with the development and execution of the annual work plan. Track timely completions of internal labor and work orders and execute follow-on work as needed, perform quality control checks with the Maintenance Manager and reports out findings. Schedule and perform quality control for re-accruing PM work for assets such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Backflow Devices, Generator Units, Roll Up Doors, Power Distribution Units, Grease Hoods, and Accelerograph Units.
Maintain and input accurate data in the CMMS Maximo daily. Maintain records and files associated with day-to-day operations. Support the Armstrong Flight Research Center by maintaining a customer service-oriented help desk, meeting the needs of the customers. Delegating Clerk’s workload and distributing work orders (PM, PGM, PTI, TC, SR, CM, and EM). Coordinates with all Trade Leads on monthly work orders, deferrals, cancelations, and asset removal/replacement. Performs invoicing reports at the end of every month for work orders and materials, as well as performing an Annual invoice of all labor, buildings usage, and materials for the fiscal year. Generates various reports from Maximo such as weekly status reports, labor time, material cost, total employee hours, asset status, and any Maximo-focused report that is requested by Leads and Management.
