As a Driver Trainer, you are responsible for establishing the right driver training culture in your delivery station, setting up the training experience, and independently instructing training sessions. You educate Delivery Associates on the foundational safety, quality, and productivity aspects that are an important part of the Delivery Associate daily routine. You enable the success of Delivery Associates by adapting to different learning styles and taking a hands-on training approach to demonstrate what good looks like. You exhibit Learn and Be Curious by answering all Delivery Associates’ questions and finding the answers if you are not sure of the correct response.

• Explaining rules and policies that new associates follow when working at an Amazon site. Answering questions and providing guidance to new associates in relation to their path.
• Supported student learning needs and provided individualized guidance to promote academic goal-achievement.

The Away Team (AT) Program supports new building launches from Day 1 of launch through the first month of the new site's operations. The Away Team roster is comprised of seasoned talent from across the entire Network of already existing buildings. Each AT member is recruited from their Home Site (Source Site) to travel to the newly built Launch Site. Utilizing their expertise, the AT associate provides top tier training to Day 1 new hires. On average, an AT Associate can expect to be training a small group of new hires for three weeks. Training can last from 1 - 4 weeks depending on Launch Site needs. No Away Team member can be traveling more than 28 days.
