  • I would manage inventory in the Fairfield location and in other locations through out the country.
  • There would be constant communication on stock levels and stock movement through out the country.
  • Everything had to be documented and captured in real time in our ERP system.
  • Purchase orders would be created due to demand and making sure stock was at a balanced level.
  • It was very essential to establish relationships with various carriers especially when it came time for getting pricing.
  • I worked very close with the NY area for stock needs on screens.
  • I managed all logistics inbound and outbound with stock plus creating all documents including bill of ladings. Our warehouse management system was Deposco and had to trouble shoot a lot to find that balance for proper work ability.
  • I would also have to work closely with my Digital engineers and Project managers to deploy the right screens for the right stations.
  • The sales order was the birth of moving and selling our product .I would over see the stock from the beginning to the end of final installation which again had to be recorded in real time for accuracy within our system.
  • Our RMA process was a huge task due to vandalism so that was another milestone to create a procedure for that.
  • I also was involved with interviewing new candidates It was very important to train and find the right person to add to our team.
  • I would also attend various meetings in terms of various subjects whether in relation to projects of even the ERP software itself.
  • Management of Staff: I would manage staff with up to 8 people via digital engineers and warehouse staff. This could be in multiple locations.
  • My guidance and knowledge would help give tasks in either one location or multiple locations through out the states or even internationally.
  • Inventory Control/Forecasting: I'm in charge of all Inventory for all Outfront Locations so I must anticipate when stock levels deplete by my RMA process or returned of damaged screens.
  • I'm in constant communication of what products are being used and must determine where stock levels will be weekly.I must always make sure my Engineer's have enough I to do their maintenance around the country.
  • LTL/Truck Load: I'd seek out pricing and transport freight all around the country via LTL or by Truck load
  • I'd ensure relationships with my carriers and negotiate to fit pricing needs.
  • Bill of ladings , International documents , and shipping instructions were all overseen by myself.
  • Shipping systems used: FedEx software , UPS World ship and DHL international would be used for various shipments that were small enough an possibly in multiple packages.
