I started Fabia Almeida from scratch with a small initial investment, driven by a passion for fashion and entrepreneurship. The brand quickly grew into a successful women’s footwear business, with 95% of sales generated online across Brazil.

Wearing multiple hats, I managed marketing, ecommerce, and supply chain operations. I coordinated supplier deliveries, optimized inventory, and ensured products reached customers on time nationwide. On the marketing side, I developed brand strategies, managed digital campaigns, and handled social media to build strong customer engagement.

By focusing on efficient processes and a strong online presence, I scaled the company from selling 60 pairs of shoes initially to achieving R$40,000 in monthly sales—all while maintaining low fixed costs and excellent customer service.

This experience honed my skills in entrepreneurship, strategic marketing, and operational management.
