- Electrical: Re-lamp campus exteriors and interiors including replace switches, outlets, ballasts and other electrical projects. Kitchen appliance repair. Wire circuits and troubleshoot wiring problems. Pull wiring for computers.
- Plumbing: Inspect, install and repair various equipment/fixtures, water, gas and drainage systems. Open clogged drains with plumber snake, plunger and/or drain rod.
