  • Avoid quality claims with customer with containment actions and improvement the production process

  • Team up with purchasing, engineering, and project managers to launch new production lines and introduction of new products for OEMs, zero series, run & rates, SOP, release new processes trough tracking ECR´s and confirm the BOM
  • Ensure capability and reliability of machinery, measurement devices and gages for processes through data analysis of production with MSA studies and statistical software, Minitab, and Q-Stat Q-Das
