As plant manager i oversaw the production and day to day operations of two buildings. While maintaining our material for stock and overall quality. I managed the hiring and termination process of our employees. Scheduled monthly safety training for all employees. The training of new employees to fit their roles. Scheduled monthly maintenance on all equipment and machines. I was in charge of schedules and overtime for our team. Ordering equipment for the entire plant tools etc working on machines and ordering parts that needed to be replaced I dealt with all vendors when it came to miscellaneous items and different products, we used around the facility. I worked on computers using windows, excel, word etc. logging production numbers, material usage, monthly tracking, scheduling, and communication through emails with vendors, contractors and other supervisors and sales team bringing in new production orders etc.
