  • In charge to prescreen and train the candidates and new hires to work in the cruise ships for the companies Costa Crociere, Ibero cruceros, Pullmantur cruises and MSC crociere, where I stayed until the end of 2013. Responsible for all the recruitment and embarkation of more than two thousand and a half Brazilians crew members all over the country.
  • Strong acknowledgement to select qualified candidates and judge the character in order to find the most qualified candidates for each required position, also a good organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people from different cultures
  • Set and conveyed recruitment goals to downstream staff.
