Have been working as a General Manager and Master trainer with over 30 years of experience dealing with general public, Olympic Athletes and Professional Athletes. Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and over 25 years of experience as a boxing and kick Boxing coach. I have also worked with clients with physical disabilities.

My Fitness experience also involves Nutritional consulting and Mental Counseling. I have extensive experience working with children and seniors. My goal has always been to share my knowledge with others. It brings me joy and satisfaction to have clients interested in learning the skills I can provide. I feel very fortunate to be able to work with kids and watch their development as they mature into young and confident adults. And with Seniors, watch them realize that life doesn't end at 70! My job is very satisfying the the rewards are unlimited. I feel like I continue to grow and learn with every new client I have the opportunity to work with.
