• At the Graduate Program on "Counseling and Psychological Services", which leads to the LPCC licensure, I teach the following subjects:

• Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and measuring impact results of mental health and psychosocial support programs in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Georgia.
• Families of Missing Persons (Argentina, Brazil, and Georgia)
• Victims of Violence (Rural conflicts: Paraguay and Chile; Urban Violence: Brazil)
• Migrants, working to protect family bonds of Venezuelan migrants (especially minors) with their families.

Outpatient Clinic:

• Provided individual treatment for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Clients ranged from children to elderly, all genders, diverse ethnicities;
• Performed client bio-psycho-social assessments and developed treatment plans;
• Interacted with the court (immigration cases hearings), school, and health systems, according to each case.

• Provided in-home and in-community psychotherapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with ADHD, Depression, and other emotional/behavioral needs;
• Performed client assessments and developed treatment plans;
• Engaged clients and their parents in taking advantage of the resources their community had, such as engaging them in reading programs at local libraries;
• Interacted with School personnel- teachers, counselors, psychologists - as part of an effort to integrate educational and therapeutic goals.

• These were in-home, in-community sessions with children and teenagers, all throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. Their families were on welfare and many lived in areas with urban violence/high crime rates
• Other than the therapy sessions, the goal was to explore their community resources (career training programs, reading activities at local libraries, etc).

• Met with students to conduct individual assessments and determine academic and mental health needs;
• Collaborated with educators, school administrators, and external professionals in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs);
• Completed required documentation and reports for compliance and treatment planning;
• Established testing protocols to evaluate educational, emotional and behavioral needs of students.

• As a founding member of Mote Social I was responsible for many of the same things listed for Mote Psychological Services, such as the hiring, training, strategic and clinical processes.
• Mote Social is a not-for-profit, whose goal was to be a partner of the Rio de Janeiro State Government in assessing the population living in foster homes who had physical,mental or neurological disability/impairment to then, start the process of family reunification or at least re-approximation.
• Mote Social then became a player in the mental health/ social assistance public debate.
• I developed templates, reporting models, statistics
• I led a group of young researchers to showcase in scientific events the work done
• I developed a income generating project for the parents of the foster children returning home
• I encouraged and guided these same parents into becoming an independent association so they could have their own voice and demand from authorities without having to rely solely on Mote Social.

• At Mote, we dealt with tough mental health emergencies/ cases, such as suicidal attempts, families dealing with members who had schizophrenia (and recurrent crisis), families whose parents had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease, helping them to set up proper homecare services when it was the case.
• The company aimed at being an alternative to institutionalization (mental health/geriatric homes) whenever indicated.
• I was also responsible for setting up partnerships with University and academic researchers.
