• Cash Allocation and Revenue Cash Flow: Being responsible for revenue cash flow entails overseeing the inflow of funds generated by the company's operations. This includes monitoring the timing and amounts of revenue received from various sources such as clients, reinsurance companies and brokers.

I actively contributed in the opening of Aon Brasil's activities during the opening of the Reinsurance market in Brazil, in April 2008.

I actively contributed to the implementation of the GRIDS system in Brazil between the years 2011 and 2012, being the main stakeholder in this process in Brazil, where I was able to learn a lot from the team in Minneapolis and share the knowledge with our colleagues from Brazil and Latin America.
