Prepare Material Inspection request and arrange the joint inspection with client and consultant to ensure the approved quality of material at site.

Visit the Material manufacture facility with OE and client

Inspection to check layout and coordinates before and after excavation of Substation buildings and Wind turbine generators.

inspection to check the rebar and formwork prior to proceed pouring of AIS area (SVC, Fire wall and transformers.

Inspection to check rebar and formwork prior to proceed pouring of Overhead towers, watch towers, Met mast towers.

Inspection to check the depth, Width and sand backfilling material quality and thickness of MV cable collection cable of WTG.

Monitoring the Finishing activities such as Tile work, Paint work, paver blocks used at substation.

Taking care of QA/QC Documents of entire project including Certificates, calibration, test results, Inspection requests, Material approval requests, Noncompliance reports and other QA/QC documents.

coordination of design subcontractors and design coordination with construction teams, design and management of all geotechnical activities: deep excavations, deep excavation support systems such as diaphragm wall, deformation monitoring activities, bored piles, anchoring and nailing systems, shotcrete walls, micro tunnelling, dewatering.

Borehole log interpretation.

Monitor the geotechnical situ testing for underground tunnel and underpass, such as cavity probing, Pressure test, plate load test, soil penetration test, CPT.

Collecting the soil samples for Natural ground and unbound pavement for geotechnical lab testing, such as Plastic index, Sieve analysis, CBR test, Loss angles abbreviation test, Sand equivalent test.

Prepare the material traceability and send to procurement department for further material approvals.

❖ Collecting the samples as per Given frequency for material checking (Crush sizes) used in subbase and road base keep the stock pile record of materials

Inspection to check Straightedge test, Field Density Test of Subgrade, Subbase and road base.

Follow up the inspection as per approved ITP and method statement of Bound pavements (Asphalt).

Collecting the samples of asphalt and follow up the geotechnical lab testing.

Inspection to check Rolling straightedge test, Simple straightedge test, and preparing Rolling pattern for each layer of asphalt laying.

Follow up hard and soft concrete testing such as, Slump test, checking the temperature, Ultrasonic pulse velocity test.

Closing the Inspection Requests of each inspection on daily basis.

Inspection to check the Utilities (Foul sewer line, Stormwater line, potable water line, Lv and Mv CABLE) Bedding material inspection, alignment and backfilling inspections.

Preparing daily and monthly reports and send to material engineer.

Monitor and interpret all well site operations such as, Drilling logging, coring, casing, directional drilling fishing and completion.

All equipment and sensors are maintained service and calibrated according to the company standard procedures.

Catch the samples regularly after particular interval (decided by our supervisor) their analysis, marking, packing storage and dispatched.

Analysis of formation cuttings and mud samples for the detection of Oil and Gas.

Assist and co-work with handling well site geologist to mark core point, monitor coring operations analysis of cutting during coring, core handling, marking, description, hydrocarbon show analysis packing and dispatch of the core.

Follow health safety and environment rules, working safely and environment friendly
