5 years professional experience with home and community-based (HCBS) and long-term services and supports (LTSS) for older adults in Minnesota, including assessment and support planning systems. Experience must include the following:
Knowledge of home and community-based programs for older adults and the relation to managed care enrollment
Knowledge of DHS systems such as MnCHOICES, MMIS, MAXIS and SSIS
Person-centered assessment and support planning practices, including self-determination, individual choice and dignity of risk
Understanding of the roles and relationships of counties, tribal nations, managed care organizations, state, and federal agencies
Project planning and operations sufficient to organize projects and negotiate for all human, financial and technology resources needed to complete a project
System change, particularly as it applies to implementation of new systems
Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and/or cultures
Experience with multiple industry standards and best practices and regulatory compliance frameworks and researching, maintaining and documenting policy standards processes and procedures.
Work with agency partners to prepare and deliver monthly security awareness messaging.
Deliver October Cyber Security Month awareness messaging.
Work closely with technical and non-technical employees in resolving technical issues and communicating policy standards processes and procedures.
Serve as a project manager for various security projects.
Work collaboratively with security engineers on security assessments and testing that may require more complex planning and operations rather than prebuilt tools and scripts.
Provide Technical support to different Users in Multiple Buildings by use of, phone, Remote, Email and ticking System
Work with vendor, and agency partners to ensure that staff complete required annual training.
Work with vendor to ensure delivery of monthly phishing education.
Provide security awareness education as part of new employee orientation.
Provide security analysis and audit coordination.
Assist in performing reviews of findings and provide recommendations to improve the overall security infrastructure and meet security requirements of various security requirements.
Recommend controls that will mitigate and or reduce risks and vulnerabilities and improve overall information security posture.
Conduct end user training in Archer.
