Faisal Aswani

I have been enlisted in the pennsylvania Army national guard for nearly 2 years now. Currently I am a national Guards member operating one weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer. I have been trained and tested as an infantryman and gained numerous skills.

When I was 16, I worked as a crew member at McDonald's for a little over a year. My responsibilities were as follows.

• Operating kitchen equipment efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas, enhancing overall restaurant hygiene.
• Collaborating with team members to streamline food preparation processes.
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities during peak hours to maintain service speed.

When I turned 17 I enlisted in the Army national guard and practically had 2 jobs giving me further experience

When I was 15 I volunteered for community service as part of my graduation requirement. I gained 60 hours worth of work experienced. I had a few responsibilities that I accomplished quite well.

• Assisted in setting up creative workshops, ensuring smooth operations and participant satisfaction.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Developed promotional materials to increase awareness and attendance for various programs.
