My first experiences in leadership roles had me being the captain and founding president of my high schools Battle of the Books and Technology Student Association (TSA) where I was able to fully learn and grow my own understanding and want to help lead and guide others. These roles also helped me learn how to network and build connections both in my school and out in the community.
Driven by a passion for fostering leadership and creativity among youth after my graduation, I excelled as a NAZA Site Leader/Guest Instructor with the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, where I spearheaded the development of comprehensive lesson plans and end-of-semester showcases, as well as everday afterschool activities. Within this position i was given the opportunity to begin my own theater program with the children, in which I got to direct and design for our own productions.
My expertise in team management and program implementation, coupled with a strong foundation in technical knowledge and safety awareness, contributed to the successful coordination of summer activities and performances, enhancing student engagement and community partnerships.
