In this role, I was responsible for providing patients with medication holds prior to surgery, going over bariatric workbook, taking vital signs, and helping with in-office procedures.

In this role, I was responsible for daily patient care, including assessment, care planning and implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes and activities of daily living for a variety of patients. I gained experience providing daily patient care across acute and skilled nursing.

In this role, I was responsible for: assisted patients with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety. Provided high-quality personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding to ensure patient dignity. Also, enhanced team efficiency by promptly responding to call lights and reporting changes in patient condition to nurses.
