Throughout my years working with children, either babysitting, being a nanny, or in a classroom setting I have developed skills necessary to work with any child. I have a son of my own, so I know how to provide that nurturing side to make students feel safe in their environment while they are away from their parents. Throughout my time as an assistant teacher, in school and in my practicum courses I have created and implemented lesson plans and differentiated instruction for students that included small group instruction and individualized education plans. My goal as a future educator is to help students learn, grow and discover while learning about themselves and becoming great and kind humans.
