Field Artillery Officer

  • Began Artillery School in Fort Sill, OK in July of 2022
  • Upon my completion of the school, I graduated in December and was then stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord in 1-2 Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 1-37 Field Artillery Regiment
  • During my time in the unit, I have completed manual gunnery certifications while serving 18 months as a fire direction officer, along with being an integral part to my Brigade’s certification program
  • Upon completion of certification, I received my second and most current assignment as the Platoon Leader for Alpha Battery, Second Platoon
  • This job entails me to be detailed oriented, and to manage my personnel and equipment and ensure that the unit completes the mission at hand
  • Currently, we are deployed overseas, and I am in my sixth month as being the platoon leader

  • Served as a ground transport EMT at Parkview Regional Medical Center, providing care to patients and transferring them to and from the hospital to other outsourced medical centers for care
