Autonomous Mouse Droid | CBU – Riverside CA | 09/2024 – 04/2024

• Manufactured 3D printed and fiberglass autonomous robot modeled based off the original Star Wars Mouse Droid
• Testing and updating python code through Raspberry Pi to perfect movement and autonomous scanning through Lidar to prevent damage from obstacles and safely travel through the engineering building
• ·Wired internal control system within robot to allow communication between Lidar and Raspberry Pi to continue to update code from sensing from the Lidar, this communication would then program the wheels for steering based on its sensing
• Perfected steering and motor through calculations for power, torque, and efficiency from the motor

HotPot Cookware | CBU – Riverside CA | 01/2023 – 04/2023

• Manufactured a functioning food safe cook pot with a build in thermometer that would mechanically communicate with a lever to lower food needed for boil and activate a set timer to allow for easier multitasking in the kitchen
• Performed tasks such as MIG welding of researched food safe stainless steel into a pot-like shape, pot lid, and strainer-like-plate that lowered the food into the pot
• Multiple 3D drawings through SolidWorks were performed to test mechanical system between thermometer, pulleys, belt, and timer

Arduino Competition Robot | CBU – Riverside CA | 01/2022 – 04/2022

• Designed one of three robots in a four-person team with intention to compete against ten other teams
• Programmed two arduino sensors to scan and solve competition sensors that gave equations, where once the team read and solved the calculations, communication between other robots were given
• 3D designed multiple sensor holders allowing the sensors to be secured and still scan needed values to communicate to team
