- I started at BAM as only a trimmer. Management quickly realized my efficiency and slowly started to push me into a lead position.
- I was trusted to run the room while management was gone.
- I would delegate tables to ensure we worked through the products quickly, but also maintaining quality.
- I would also help record harvest into metric, record waste and transfer product.
- I also helped make prerolls when an extra hand was needed. (100 prerolls, from flower, to grinder, to preroll machine and done in about 45 minutes)
- I also helped in the garden when it was needed. I've defoled mothers and helped the cultivators take clones.
- I've also helped water and very rarely would I help mix nutrients.
Budtender/Trimmer/Pre-roller

- I started as a budtender but quickly moved to the back due to my efficiency in trimming and pre-rolling.
- While budtending, I ensured customers left satisfied with their experience
- I answered any questions I could to the best of my knowledge and abilities
- I also helped keep the store clean and redesigned several signs
- Later, I became the sole pre-roller and trimmer for almost a year
- I would be able to produce 100 high-quality (packed carefully to minimize running, folded top) pre-rolls in about 2 hours and 100 medium-quality (packed quickly with a twisted top) pre-rolls in about an hour
- During harvest, I would help chop and hang plants to dry
- Once the plants were ready to trim, I could trim about 1lb in about 4 hours using scissors and 1lb in about 2 hours by finger trimming
- (Numbers vary depending on yield and bud structure.)
