Bookkeeping & HR Coordinator
- Process and post deposited donations to donor accounts
- Process scheduled AutoDraft payments
- Notify donors of credit/debit card declines
- Process biweekly payroll in Quickbooks
- Scan/deposit donors checks/money orders and cash payments
- Process ACH declines,quarterly 941 & RT6 Tax payments to IRS, respond to auditors
- Send acknowledgements/receipts for donations as requested by donors
- Initial/Administer HR training
- Update benefits for staff
- Recruit & Interview
- Counsel staff and promote HR policies and procedures
- Monitor Business Team Member accounts
- Maintain accurate donor information in database
- Call donors with soon to expire credit cards
- Enter pledges and AutoDraft information received from pre-pledge letters
- Periodically pull Excel report to confirm donor addresses; update as needed in eDonor
- Supervise the deposit team
- Train and supervise volunteers during fundraisers; supervise fundraiser volunteer room; organize and create training information for volunteer room supervisors to ensure consistency; print & mail pledges and receipts on a daily bases during fundraiser
- Other duties as assigned
