Worked on bulk and the Quasi-2-Dimensional film growth process by the techniques of Physical vapor deposition and chemical vapor deposition. Learned about the material characterization techniques and the analysis of the various results by XRD, SEM-EDS, TEM, and AFM. I have worked there on the thermoelectric material (Bi2Te3) bulk growth and thin films. I have tried the method of doping by antimony (Sb) in order to increase the conductivity to optimize the thermoelectric parameters as well as the figure of merit.
