  • Coordinates Program Monitor training and orientation under the direction of the Assistant Director.
  • Supervises the Program Monitors on each shift to provide constructive feedback and situational corrective action. Must be willing to adjust schedules to provide supervision on all shifts.
  • Develops and maintains weekly work schedules for Program Monitors on all 3 shifts.
  • Assists the Assistant Program Director with recruitment and onboarding of staff.
