Use instruments like Nikon and Pen & Drag for quality checks.
Record results on control charts and perform required calculations.
Be the first responder to quality issues on the line.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing problems.
Collect and report data requested by the Manufacturing Coach.
Support team-building efforts and work overtime as needed.
Help cover zones when operators are off.
Inspect and sign off finished pallets according to BD specifications.
Follow all safety and quality regulations and Hazardous Waste protocols.
