• Developed a working model of a lottery store and calculated arrival time of the customer

• The main objective is to compare four different alternative of transportation and determine the most cost effective option for transportation
• The data was collected and analyzed, it was determined that purchasing vans was the most cost effective.

Navigating Pandemic Supply Challenges for Mediacrystal.Co (Dec 2020)

• Developed a method to solve the supply problem of glass vials for the vaccine storage
• Openboxes tool was to control the inventory of the glass vial and used to forecast future demands

Improving Production of a Steel Plant using Lean Principles (Aug 2021)

• Performed the 5S to reduce motion waste i.e. number of steps used to assemble a component was reduced
• Kanban Cards was assigned to reduce the storage area of warehouses and hence storage and handling costs were lowered.
• Fishbone diagrams was drawn to detect the root cause of the defects in the process and were solved.
• The overall turnover of the plant increased by 6%, the Saleable Steel production grew by 16% and Waste in stripper yards reduced by 7%.
