  • Worked alongside uptime department performing triage and repairs. During this time I worked with different software and engines which include Cummins, Mack, Volvo, as well as other makes and models that came through the shop, which includes Isuzu, Hino and International Trucks. Transitioned to second shift where my duties continued, and become responsible to close the shop and secure the compound. Six months after, I moved to the New Truck Department to become the lead technician, which my duties are presently to assign work to technicians, ensure that the jobs being performed are done efficiently and correctly and make certain that the new trucks that leave the shop are ready to be sold without any issues. As a lead technician, I understand that the importance of working as a team and providing constructive criticism allows for optimum outcomes in our service. I have assisted technicians if help is needed, provided feedback on jobs and made sure time was being utilized adequately by ensuring jobs were being fulfilled. I would always put the company needs first if it means staying late to finish a job for a customer who is waiting, ready to assist any person around to make there day better. Ensure that all technician notes are updated periodically during their shift so management can easily follow up.
