As one of the four hallmarks of Phi Theta Kappa, the VP of Fellowship position opens the door for me to encourage, and inspire scholarly fellowship within Broward College's Alpha Delta Rho Chapter. Responsibilities include: implementing strategies to increase membership, cultivating inter-chapter relationships, strengthening connections with campus organizations, faculty/staff as well as community members, and coordinating meetings with sister chapters for joint activities.
