PG&E 07D and 2AA Projects (Pole & Equipment Replacement)• Designed the construction sketch utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD through collecting data from GIS, GoogleEarth, Google Map, EdViewer, SAP, Field notes, etc.

• Modeled the existing and new pole/ joint pole in OCalc based on the PG&E safety guidelines and submit the GO95 report analysis.
• Submitted TCP (Traffic Control Plan), Flagging, VM (Vegetation Management), Permit, Tree Trimming and PIQ (Environmental Review) requests to the related departments and updated the tasks in SAP.
• Estimated the PM equipment and labor costs in EES considering the joint pole ownership and shared cost based on the Form 2 preparation.
• Communicated with the internal and external clients, submitted the PM estimating package in ProjectWise for peer and QAQC reviews, emailed the estimating package to the client for review and final correction, and submitted the final package in SAP, and routed in EES.

PG&E Physical Security Projects (Three Stations)
• Worked on the design drawing, Redlines and QAQC Drawings using Bluebeam Revu Studio,

updates BOM, Conduit and Cable Schedule, Circuit Schedule. Prepared Drawing List and Drawings Transmittal Log and Package for 30%,60%, 90%, and IFC Review. Updated Autodesk AutoCAD and MicroStation DWGs and submitted the Record Request Form and managed Incoming and Outgoing Package.

• Prepared and organized the Instrument, Equipment and I/O Lists, Assets Registry. Updated P&IDs, Drawings QAQC, Visited the site for Commissioning.

• Worked on the Cable Injection & Replacement department’s main project, analyzed the cable history for power outage, specified the area for the cable replacement or injection, and completed the job for the system planning.
• Worked on the SAP Enterprise Asset Management project, verified and validated the equipment’s data for the new functional locations through evaluating the equipment manuals, nameplates photos, drawings, and SAP & PowerBase.
