As the iOS Technical Lead for Capital One’s flagship app, I am responsible for the end-to-end technical development of the mobile credit card payment experience. My role spans engineering leadership, product alignment, architectural oversight, team mentorship, and delivery accountability.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact iOS payment features, ensuring exceptional customer experience (CX), and strong business value.
• Own the mobile credit card payment experience within the iOS app, aligning engineering efforts with product strategy, and business objectives.
• Drive feature development while modernizing the codebase by re-platforming to reactive paradigms, improving scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Build and maintain a fully automated test suite using the XCUITest framework to ensure robust test coverage, and reliable, high-quality releases.
• Participate in all stages of the application lifecycle—from design through implementation—ensuring technical quality and performance across deliverables.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle from design to implementation ensuring technical excellence and performance across all deliverables.
• Mentor and provide architectural guidance to a cross-functional iOS engineering team, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and Agile development.
• Step into interim leadership roles (PM, PO, Team Lead) as needed to maintain strategic alignment, team direction, and delivery momentum during transitions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to refine requirements, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, high-quality feature delivery.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and delivery.

• Developed spending and budgeting modules for Bank of America's flagship mobile application using Objective-C, and integrated various web APIs to enhance functionality.
• Executed incremental, modular, and component-based development; created reusable frameworks, and seamlessly integrated them into the main application.
• Actively participated in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and to align on sprint goals.
• Conducted comprehensive black-box and manual testing, applying both black-box and white-box testing methodologies; documented test results, and communicated findings to the development team.
• Played a key role in defect identification and resolution during regression testing cycles.
• Authored and maintained detailed project documentation using Wiki and Confluence to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
• Utilized Perforce for version control, Jenkins for continuous integration, and application lifecycle management tools to streamline development processes.

• Developed, tested, and deployed scalable, modular, and highly available iOS applications using Objective-C and Swift (2.2/3.0), following the MVC architecture.
• Integrated web APIs to enable dynamic, backend-driven app functionality.
• Implemented local data storage solutions using Core Data and SQLite.
• Designed and developed user interfaces with Interface Builder, including integration with third-party APIs to enhance app capabilities.
