• Establish preventative maintenance schedules for all systems, equipment, and buildings, including ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC Systems, fire protection and security systems, electrical and energy management, building components such as roof, interior & exterior floors/walls, doors, paved surfaces, and landscaping.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring employees; train new employees in methods and procedures and various company/department work rules.
• Initiate, implement, and manage the facility maintenance program, emphasizing planning, scheduling, and preventative/predictive/productive maintenance.
