As a Rehab Nursing Tech, I assumed responsibility and accountability for providing support services to ensure continuity of care and help meet the department goals as directed by the health care team. I performed delegated support functions and patient care duties that were within my scope of practice for an unlicensed assistive personnel.

• Obtained patient vital signs and reported results to staff nurse or physician to identify changes from prior measurements.

As a CNA, I was responsible for providing direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents maintained the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being possible. I provided indirect care to residents by documenting, cleaning, and maintaining infection control.
