• Manage and monitor patients with tracheostomies and mechanical ventilators
• Perform tracheostomy care including suctioning, stoma assessment, trach changes (if ordered), and emergency airway management
• Assess and monitor ventilator settings, respiratory status, oxygenation, and patient tolerance
• Respond promptly to respiratory distress, ventilator alarms, accidental decannulation, and other emergent situations
• Administer medications, tube feedings, and respiratory treatments per physician orders
