• Development and implementation of Quality Management Procedures
• Quality Metrix development, recording and reporting.
• Establishing, developing, and implementing the quality assurance program including the following terms
• Guiding principle for the Contractors inspection & test plan and procedure
• All the procedure required for the Owner’s Contractors to implement review procedure for quality assurance activities.
• Review and verification of the Contractor’s inspection & test plan & procedure considering the Owner’s witness points.
• Conducting the regular quality audit to verify the Works by the Owner’s Contractors are being in conformance with quality assurance program and quality control plan and issuing nonconformance report (NCR) to the Owner’s Contractors
• Conducting inspection for source inspection, receiving inspection, site work inspection, final construction walk-down and other required inspections according to the approved ITPs for acceptance, excluding of the special inspection for the city. Any non-conforming work will be documented and included in the punch list for acceptance when the work is completed to our satisfaction, meeting the contract requirements.
• Review contractor’s test and inspection reports/records
• Recording inspection & test by tracking log
• Randomly conducting in-person inspections covering at a minimum 30% of the construction and hand over activities by the Prime Contractors
• Assisting the Construction Manager by advising in term of approval of vendors and subcontractors of Owner’s Contractors • Provision technical consulting and back data for quality issues • Communication with owner (regular meetings, etc.)
• Review, monitoring, and certification for contractor’s special process control (personnel qualification for welding, cable termination, etc.)
• Monitoring and surveillance of construction work
• Quality activity and organization o Mobilization and work plan, Organization Chart o Status of project assignment o Quality assurance program
-Submission of documents and coding of documents.
-Submission of work method statements and risk assesments.
-Schedule monitoring and performance monitoring both Project Managers and Engineers to their tasks, also Field Supervision, Technicians, and trades to their scheduled task for completion.
-Medicals.
-Construction Cards.
-All other training organisations as reuired.
-Conducting Performance Appraisals in conjuction with Direct Line Supervision.
-Working with Supervision and leading hands to contribute to appraisal of Operations / Service Person / Technicians.
- Ensure that Management is made aware of any conflicting practices between site best practice adn Company's internal best practice for resolution with the QHSE Manager.
