Between 2017 and 2020 we develop a new business, Child Care and indoor Playground and also a Pharmacy Franchise where besides the management (by my husband and myself) of those businesses I was in charge of creating strategic alliances to attract new costumers and maintain them through attractive packages that encourage customer loyalty and of course finding marketing trends that help us to get more customers, also training new staff especially in costumer service.
