Verify lock is going on the correct loto box.

Verify tags have company name,employee name,and contact information listed(must be legible)

Verify employees are signing on and off correct permits.

Ensure the the employees are signing on and off the SF-48 isolation/blind list accountability log.

I kept all loto boxes in my control,employees has no access without my permission and guidance.

Kept good contact and communication with operations with any issues concerning permits,lost key for lock boxes etc.

Maintain a clean,neat orderly work area.
