Currently serves as the lead clerical administrator for two multi-million dollar grant-funded research projects through the Department of Genetics, the Alabama Genomic Health Initiative (AGHI) and the All of Us program
Utilizes high-level organizational and administrative skills daily to perform necessary responsibilities including, but not limited to: contract writing, billing, reconciling purchases, ordering and procurement, documenting with a high level of detail, creating and maintaining spreadsheets (Excel), communicating with vendor management for iSupplier requests, managing shipments, using Oracle Business Suites to process payment requests for GA & GL accounts, and Institutional Review Board (IRB) billing.

Enters participants and updates the study database through use of OnCore, returns results via Mail Merge to participants, welcomes and communicates with study participants in person at Children’s of Alabama Hospital
