§ Hawaii State Hospital – Provided a secured environment for state-psychiatric court-ordered civil committed individuals and patients of mental-illness and substance abuse. Monitor all interior and exterior areas of Units and roadways via CCTV. Attend all video judicial court hearings and conferences.

§ Moana Pacific Luxury Condominiums – Provided security/concierge services for two (2) 60-story luxury condominiums. Fostered strong working relationships with 3500 residents while multi-tasking front-desk inquiries, delivery service requests, and amenity reservations. Detailed security reporting and violation issuance handled with confidentiality.

§ Halekulani Hotel – Provided daily operational duties for the safety and security of hotel guests and VIP dignitaries. Conducted investigations of fraud, theft, lost property, and all threats. Incident reporting and documentation of all hotel activity with close monitoring of CCTV conducted.

§ Hawaii Pacific University – Provided campus and dormitory security for students attending courses at the University. Monitored all activity via CCTV. Conducted investigations of all reported criminal activity and reported findings to proper law enforcement authorities. Issued violations as warranted.

§ Provided necessary health education training for residents and assisted them with activities of daily living.

§ Assisted Nursing Director with administrative requirements and safety compliance. Maintained patient charts and confidential files for audits.
