§ Extensive experience in the preparation of Tender/Contract Documents, BOQ incorporating work specifications. Study Clients’ project proposals, evaluate construction requirements & methodologies, estimate the quantities of work, and undertake rate/cost analysis. Prepare tender notification, short-list eligible bidders, coordinate the tender process, evaluate bids received and prepare bidder assessment reports, bid finalization, contract finalization, contract monitoring and management. Finalize sub-contractor rates / agreements and allotment of work to the short-listed agency and ensuring they complete the work as per schedule and within budgeted costs.

§ Well experienced in the execution of projects as per design and specifications; Quantity take-offs, preparation of material schedules & prepare interim billing; Coordinate with the designers / architects to identify all materials required for execution of work to accomplish the objectives of the project.

Liaise with all agencies related to the project in connection with the execution / progress of the projects and maintaining cordial relationships with all; Supporting the activities of the project teams spread across the various project locations.

Successfully developed the execution strategy and programme for the design, procurement, and construction of the New Operations Building in line with Ras gas stringent corporate requirements for EPC of Zikreet Office Building (Project XK-50) at Ras Laffan Industrial City, Ras, Laffan, Qatar for Ras Gas Co. Ltd.

Responsible for the project planning, resource requirements, contract management and material procurement, project monitoring and reporting as well as the evaluation and resolution of onsite issues for key projects within Dream Land’s portfolio.

§ Successfully supported the execution of the Renaissance Hotel Project in Dubai as well as all construction of the high-rise tower, wet trade finishes, architectural finishes, and MEP works. Also supported the execution of the Automall Showroom & Office Tower located in the Motor City, Dubai.

§ Implemented weekly meetings with contractors and project teams. Improved quality and efficiency through projects resulting in efficient operations.

Successsfully supported the execution of Project AX272F, covering the Civil, Architectural & Fit-out works for the Terminal 2 Expansion (Phase II), Dubai International Airport Expansion (Phase II) Project. Scope of work inluded the renovation and remodelling of infrastructure and utilities at the Airport as well as an upgrade of the runway including tarmac drainage systems as well as SCADA systems and perimeter lighting.

§ Established the optimal sequence of operations onsite as well as updating and monitoring the contract schedule, performing, and implementing mitigation plan (claims) for expediting the schedule, and monitoring and revising schedules for contractors.

§ Audited project and labour costs to ensure each is charged in compliance with contract regulations and task orders, including labour hours, categories, charge numbers, and various additional direct project costs.

Controlled a series of processes that monitored, verified, and validated work completions to help company document the progress of projects at specific sites.

§ Developed the Master Baseline Schedule for the Construction of 26 underground parking garages (2B + Ground Level) for the Dubai Marina Towers including all external hard and soft landscaping.

§ Supported the construction team with their schedule work plans and conducted periodic progress updates keeping management and Client informed of project status.

§ Managed the preparation of Tender/Contract Documents, BOQ with estimated quantities of work and rate/cost analysis and draw up work specifications after careful study of Government Clients’ project proposals, construction requirements & methodologies.

§ Participated in the successful bidding for Rehabilitation and Modernization of Distributary System of the Sriramasagar Project under Packages N4-11A, N4-12A, L3-01(A1), N4-11B & N4-11C in Nizamabad and Karimnagar Districts of Andhra Pradesh, India.

§ Review of tender documents, study scope of works with the IFT drawings and contract specifications, coordinate with team to conduct rate/cost analysis, after careful study of Clients’ project proposals, construction requirements & methodologies.

Participated in the successful bidding for the Construction of Hymavathy Hydro-electric Power Generation Scheme for the Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited at Gorur Village, Hassan District, Karnataka, India. Scope included construction of earthen dam, incoming & tail race channels, penstock, surge tanks, power generation unit housing the turbines and distribution system.

§ Supervised the construction of Fly-over bridges at the busy Tarnaka Junction (Krishna Devaraya Road) and the Paradise (CTO) Junction (Sardar Patel Road) (each of length 625m, width 12m, 4-lane) both on the Inner Ring Road of Secunderabad City.

§ Supervised the construction of the Fernandez Maternity Hospital project including all civil, MEP, architectural finishes and fit-out works as per design and specifications. Coordinated with designers / architects to identify all materials required for execution of work to accomplish the objectives of the project.
