Over the course of many relocation, pursuing studies or hobbies (music) and graduating was very important.
In San Francisco I was looking to start "Cordon Bleu" Culinary school before the school closed their doors 6 months later.
Today, I enrolled at "Escoffier" in plant based culinary arts, this is where i am starting from in term of experience in a commercial kitchen.
After my graduating from my studies in Business (Copenhagen, Denmark and Zurich,Switzerland) I was working in Strategic Business (oncology portfolio ) worked on novel drug for non small cell cancer (Tarceva) as well as assessing new in license drug compounds and future business opportunities for licensing, creating study case for Pharmaceutical licensing departments.
My spouse moved to San Francisco and relocated with our family several times afterwards, work related.

I have graduated in music performance although I already had degrees in business. I was an adult with two teenagers then but wanted to push myself even further. It was a great year and I achieved a Btech level 4 in Music performance. The arts were always present in my life and I nurture that side of my personality.
