Required Technical Competencies and Experience:

• Five years of experience in a matrixed organization leading programs that build racial equity and inclusiveness
• Any combination of lived experience, performance and/or BA degree in public administration, social work, political science that demonstrates the capacity to perform the duties of this position
• Two years project management experience, including the ability to produce, track and manage multiple deliverables with overlapping deadlines in a high-performing environment
