I was responsible for the crew ,had safety meetings topics in the morning to explained the step we are to take for building scaffolds on the ships and have safety protocols in place since it was a very dangerous job filled with many hazard,after lunch we had a take 5 break to review the work and safety procedures, resume work and have a work report,and progress for the foreman and leave pending work for nightshift
