Additional Information - Internal Mobility

Starting at King of Freight as a legal assistant and having the day already planned out accordingly, with spontaneous tasks that needed done timely. I was able to come up with spreadsheets to make the tasks a bit easier and used outside the box thinking. I've been in billing department for a year, aside from a brief moment being a broker's assistant. The billing team is a demanding, fast paced, we work vigorously, and we get the bills pushed out. With my billing experience and my knowledge I was given the task to audit the brokers assistance on my own. I loved that I was sought out by my supervisor and she continues to see how I am on top in billing. Approving over 100 bills almost every single day. Was in charge of calling every customer that hasn't made payments on time daily. Led daily customer outreach for overdue payments, enhancing collection rates and improving cash flow for the company. Analyzed payment trends to develop targeted strategies, resulting in more effective communication with customers and reduced delinquency rates. Maintained meticulous records of customer interactions and payment agreements, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies. Managed employees schedules and ensuring we all were on task. Had to create plans to market business, going to different store to grow the business.
