Recognized by Quality and Education Team for going above and beyond in my role. Four years ago I created a Safety Calendar for my own market to improve not only safety in Salons but to educate Core Leaders and grow their skillset to be better partners. Each year, I take the responsibility to edit the calendar to reflect changes in policies and maintain relevant topics. 

While the Mountain West Team was down a District Salon Trainer for South Arizona and New Mexico Markets, I volunteered to oversee the South Arizona market to keep safety and salon operations communicated to it's associates. I held conversations with each store on pipeline staffing, performed assessments for new trainees and followed up on existing trainee performance.

I assisted QE Leader Jenna Wait with the onboarding of two new District Salon Trainers. This was accomplished through setting the example on what "great" looks like, demonstrating the execution of our training programs, coaching conversations for good and poor behavior, and how to prioritize and organize information for easy tracking and follow-up.
