As a highly qualified educator I am desiring a position that would allow growth in the field of educational leadership. I am dedicated to student development and believe that not only should students be lifelong learners, but educators, administrators and all parties involved should be dedicated to the profession and willing to continue learning. Having taught on multiple grade and academic levels, I have worked with students of various learning styles and cultural backgrounds. The knowledge gained has allowed me to provide a positive classroom environment with effective instruction. As I continue working in the field of education, my goal is to find a position outside of the classroom setting that would allow me to collaborate with both students and teachers and provide effective learning strategies that assist in the learning process.
