Each shift reviewing/auditing doctors/case management notes to ensure the correct treatment was being given to up to 28 patients. Also responsible for auditing the floor nurses charting per shift to ensure their charting requirements for the unit were completed.

This is a smaller hospital that cared for any kind of patient as long as they did not need ICU care. Originally on paper charting, but went live with cerner and served as an super user to aide other staff in learning the system during this time. Ratio 7:1.
