Responsible for driving Process Shift team to comply with SSHE, Process safety, OIMS, and GRS Standards.

Accountable for working with the Shift Team to maximize Process Utilization and minimize production losses.

Process Subject Matter Expert in daily optimization, abnormal event management and long-term Business Team process planning activities.

Drive resolution of operational issues beyond the scope/responsibility on one Shift Team.

Responsible for communicating and aligning with the core Business Team on status and actions associated with short-term issues through effective BT morning meetings and weekly vulnerabilities meetings.

Led the Process planning and execution of the 2019 PS8 and HF4 Turnarounds. Both turnarounds combined for $183.3M, 1.7M man hours with 0.0 TRIR.

Worked with PMTE group to develop Turnaround worklist using RBWS to effectively assess risk vs. cost.

Follow and complete Turnaround functional milestones to ensure Global milestones are on track.

Develop Shutdown and Startup timelines for the affected units in coordination with CPQD.

Develop process staffing organization.

Provide work direction to Mechanical and Process during Shutdown and Startup.

Oversee execution and reporting of integrated work plan.

Responsible for unit operation excellence in areas of Personnel Safety, Process Safety, Environmental, Reliability and Utilization/Profitability on their shift.

Responsible for driving a high standard in the execution of systems/procedures to manage risk to personnel: LPS, Operating Procedures, COD, PCA.

Responsible for protecting equipment incidents by operating within the equipment process capabilities, detect equipment issues early in failure cycle and directing response to minimize business impact.

Responsible to working with STL and PUL to manage shift team competency, including skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors, to meet Business Team objectives.

Plan, review and execute Chemical cleaning of process equipment.

Assist plant personnel with efficiencies to Shutdown, clear and Chemical clean process equipment in a safe and timely manner.

Train appropriate plant personnel on RTI's clearing strategies.

Follow up with client to capture lessons learned to ensure that we meet or exceed expectations.

Participate in sales presentations to provide the technical part and answer client questions.

Participate as safety liaison during project executions.
